Galiano Conservancy 29th Annual General Meeting

Join us Saturday June 16th from 1:00 – 3:30pm at the Millard Learning Centre (10825 Porlier Pass Rd) to celebrate our 29th year of community conservation, restoration and education on Galiano Island.
Guest speaker Risa Smith, IUCN Protected Areas Climate Change Specialist Group and GCA Board Chair will speak about “Climate Change and Biodiversity – How the United Nations Paris Agreement on Climate Change can Benefit Biodiversity”.
We’ll also be screening a special documentary produced by Richard Wilson, “Acknowledging Our Shared Territory”.
