Community Dialogue: What do you value in the Salish Sea?

March 12, 2017 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

FREE

Are you concerned about the state of the Salish Sea ecosystems and species at risk? Have you heard about the proposed National Marine Conservation Area for the Southern Strait of Georgia? Do you have questions or input that you would like to discuss in regards to protecting the Salish Sea? Come join us for a community Dialogue about what you value in the Salish Sea and the proposal for establishing a National Marine Conservation Area in the Southern Strait of Georgia. We will give you a short presentation to update everyone on the state of the Salish Sea and the NMCA process, and then we will engage in a facilitated community dialogue with the Georgia Strait Alliance and local community conservation groups. We hope to see you there! If you have any questions, please contact the Georgia Strait Alliance at species@georgiastrait.org
