Forest Fest Galiano
Drop-in between 11:00am and 3:00 pm outside the Community Library to celebrate what Islanders are doing to REDUCE the risk of wildfire, SUPPORT the health of our forest, and RENEW its diversity.
Tour the FireSmart Demonstration Forest and learn about forest renewal efforts on Galiano.
Food and refreshments are provided.
Hosted by FireSmart Galiano, in partnership with South Galiano Fire Rescue, North Galiano Fire Rescue, Galiano Conservancy Association, Galiano EcoForestry Association, Galiano Club, and Galiano Trails Society.
