Please log the following in a consistent and complete manner to facilitate efficient analysis and recall of useful data on GCA programs and projects.

GCA Community Volunteer Tracker
- Use to log volunteer contributions by individuals and groups of volunteers other than interns
GCA Event & Workshop Participation Tracker
- Use to log events, workshops, presentations, and other public appearances hosted or attended by the GCA, including information on number and type of participants
GCA Land Stewardship Site Visit Log
- Use to log work performed and observations made during visits to GCA properties or properties on which the GCA holds covenants or performs land stewardship activities

Property and Trail Reports
- Use to view, prioritize, and delegate trail and infrastructure maintenance tasks
Introduced Species Occurrences
- Use to locate introduced species and delegate removal tasks

Additional dashboards can be created on request by GCA staff. Note that all dashboards include data that can be viewed and manipulated using ArcGIS mobile apps such as Quick Capture, Survey123, and Field Maps.
